Qibo is a versatile, full-stack open-source middleware for quantum computing that spans the complete workflow - from high performance circuit simulation to direct control of experimental quantum hardware. Unlike frameworks that address only one layer of the stack, Qibo provides a unified environment for developing algorithms, benchmarking performance, and validating hardware behavior. The project is a global collaborative effort, developed and used by leading research institutions including the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), Singapore’s National Quantum Computing Hub (NQCH), the Barcel
To be able to bridge the gap between next-generation jet engine design and quantum computing with QSVT, we need to first model the jet engine dynamics using CFD, before embedding a representation of that CFD model to solve with QSVT. For that first step, the Rolls-Royce team has generated various meshes representing a 2-dimensional lid-driven cavity test case. These meshes are represented as square matrices of increasing size, depending on the model's accuracy. From here, the non-linear fluid equations for laminar flow on this mesh are linearized — resulting in a large, sparse matrix with stru
