If you're in need of one of these beforehand, you may not be able to wait, and there are some pretty strong deals on these leading up to any event. Prime Day often has better deals than even Black Friday, so it's worth holding out for the sale if you can.

This will be the first time in a while that Amazon is holding its summer Prime Day event so early. Prime Day has traditionally been held in July, but will officially kick off on June 23 this year. However, this wouldn't be the first shift we've seen. In 2020, it was pushed to October due to COVID-19; in the following year, the event took place in June. In 2022, the retailer had events in both July and October.
