Up to eight Mii's can live in a shared house in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. This is the limit for individual Mii’s that live together in a single shared building anywhere on the Island. Even if you've got a couple living together in a shared house, they will still count as two individuals towards the eight Mii limit. I've personally been designing the houses around Mii's I want to get close, like the Marvel House, and even trying a bit of matchmaking by setting up potential romance candidates as roommates!
