Blizzard Entertainment is a video game developer and publisher known for franchises such as Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, and Overwatch.
The question now is whether Blizzard intended for Aspect of Glynn's Anvil to be so overpowered following Patch 3.0.2. Obviously, this is not a buff to the Aspect; rather, it is simply making it work at all. However, it's possible that, without the Aspect working in the first place, Blizzard did not realize just how powerful it would be once players started building around it, which they hadn't been doing before for obvious reasons.
