For a game like Pragmata or even Final Fantasy XV, XVI, and XIV, the PC version on a high spec setup would deliver the best possible experience. With games like Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and to a lesser degree Remake Intergrade, the PC port's issues hold it back. Is there a big benefit to getting the best image quality and a 120fps target if your gameplay is constantly stuttering when something happens on screen? I don't think so.
