It didn't go as far as to say what game it will be releasing in November, even though I'm pretty sure we were shown it. The likely reason for that is the Rockstar-made elephant in the video game release room that is GTA 6. September and October's now packed release schedule is evidence that every studio with a game to launch is desperately trying to avoid it, maybe even Nintendo. Or, maybe not. Then again, not only is the timing incredibly coincidental, but there's seemingly no other reason why today would be the day that Nintendo finally decides to announce DK 64 will soon be playable on modern platforms. There's no Donkey Kong anniversary, no big DK games or projects on the horizon. It has seemingly just added one of NSO's most requested games out of the blue for no reason whatsoever.
