One Thousand Voices has Unforeseen Repercussions, in which holding down fire sees the weapon's beam superheat its targets upon impact, which causes delayed Scorch explosions. When paired with the One Thousand Voices Catalyst, these detonations produce Taken energy that seeks out nearby targets and Blights them. You can make the Catalyst even stronger by using the Tablet of Ruin Artifact, thanks to Particle Reconstruction, where dealing sustained damage with Linear Fusion Rifles refills the magazine from reserves and grants bonus damage. Personally, I recommend getting a full Eutechnology armor set. It's amazing for certain Void builds (like this Phantom Surge Hunter build for Destiny 2), as it allows for constant Void Breach creation, and it makes enemies explode with weapon Final Blows after you collect Void Breaches. As for weapons, the Lionfish-4FR is a pretty good anti-Champion weapon if you can get one with the right rolls.
