Logan can absolutely die in Marvel's Wolverine, and surprisingly easily too. This is something that proved to be quite a contentious issue prior to the most recent Marvel's Wolverine gameplay trailer being showcased at the June PlayStation State of Play, as in the comics, Logan can typically heal so quickly that he's largely invulnerable to most attacks. Another game that could have shown up anywhere, but didn't show up at all, is whatever the next big Sonic game is going to be. We still have a lot to learn about Marvel’s Wolverine’s story, especially as it pertains to the typical X-Men timeline and world state.
