Personally, I recommend getting a full Eutechnology armor set. It's amazing for certain Void builds (like this Phantom Surge Hunter build for Destiny 2), as it allows for constant Void Breach creation, and it makes enemies explode with weapon Final Blows after you collect Void Breaches. As for weapons, the Lionfish-4FR is a pretty good anti-Champion weapon if you can get one with the right rolls.
