Turncoat is great for Void builds that utilize Devour and Overshields, as Turncoat is a Void Hand Cannon that builds Latent Power with damage and final blows, and when power is full, you can hold the reload button to trigger Unleashed Power. This increases the weapon's rate of fire, and each shot weakens targets to inflict more damage. Overwhelming Power is a debuff that activates when Turncoat has been active in the Unleashed Power mode for too long, which will cause you to take damage over time. Truth received a huge buff in Destiny 2's Monuments of Triumph update, in which it will now return one ammo to reserve and buff the next magazine when all rounds in a magazine hit a target. This basically means you can have infinite ammo and added power simply by using it on single targets. Monuments of Triumph also added a Catalyst for Truth, called Reaper's Tithe. Xur used to randomly change his location every week, but Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph will always have Xur in the Tower Bazaar, so if he's not there for you, then it's not Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday!
