Yes, love at first sight does exist in Living the Dream. It can be sudden and out of nowhere the moment one Mii meets another. So far, I’ve had two 'love at first sight' meetings - one I won’t talk about because it involved cursed Charmander, but the other involved my two Vampires. I dragged and dropped one to meet the other, and he was head over heels for her the moment he first saw her. Even his little relationship indicator was soon labelled as 'smitten'.
